I completed this Walk In Shower project in Swansea MA this week. This was a fun project.
The Clients were ready to have their 30 year old surround removed and updated to a brand new walk in shower with shelves and a bench.
I used all Schluter products on this project which give the homeowners a life time warranty! Kerdi board, a Schluter shower kit, plus Schluter's Ditra on the floor and of course Schluters All Set Modified Mortar to ensure a life time warranty!
Here is the brand new walk in shower. I added pictures through out the whole process from start to finish.
DAY 1
I patched the hole with 3/4 inch plywood and used 2x4's as cleats.

DAY 3 & 4
DAY 5
DAY 6 GROUTED SHOWER.
Time to move on to the Floor
